If you want a fresh start or decide to part ways with IDAGIO, you can delete your account along with all associated data. Here’s how:
Option 1: Delete via the Mobile App
You can delete your account directly from the Settings page on the IDAGIO mobile app:
Open the IDAGIO app on your device.
Go to Settings in the app menu.
Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.
⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Option 2: Contact Support
Alternatively, if you prefer assistance or do not have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at help@idagio.com. Be sure to include the email address associated with your account in your request.
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed.
