Please test your access to the concert and internet connection in advance to avoid disappointment or technical issues.

If you are looking for information on how to purchase a ticket, please see here. If you have already purchased a ticket:

  • Log in at app.idagio.com/account (make sure you are logged into the same account that you purchased the ticket with!)

  • Go to "My Events"

  • Select the concert you are attending and enjoy!

Alternatively, you can also:

  • Follow the provided link in the confirmation email you received from 'Concerts @ IDAGIO'

  • Make sure you are logged into IDAGIO with the same email address with which you bought the ticket

  • Enjoy the concert!


Please note that if you are using the Safari browser and are experiencing playback issues, we recommend using another browser instead, such as Chrome.

Our Global Concert Hall is streamed via Vimeo, which has in the past been geo-blocked in a few countries. If you are unsure whether Vimeo is available in your country, you can check by playing this test video.
