You can cancel your IDAGIO subscription at any time.

Please note that the cancellation must happen on the same platform that you used to subscribe. Please find the cancellation instructions on each platform below:

If you subscribed through our website

If you originally subscribed to IDAGIO via our website idagio.com, or via our desktop app, you can proceed with the termination of your subscription by visiting your Account Settings and selecting Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed through the App Store (Apple)

If you originally subscribed to IDAGIO through your iOS device, your subscription is being managed by Apple and you will need to cancel your subscription via your iTunes or Apple ID account. For a step-by-step guide on how to do this, please visit the Apple support page here.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android)

If you originally subscribed to IDAGIO through your Android device, your subscription is being managed by Google Play and you will need to cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store. For more information on how to do this, please visit the Google Play support page here.
