If you subscribed via the IDAGIO website, you can contact us directly via email with any questions about your payment details.
- If you would like to add a new payment method or card, just send us an email and we'll send you a secure and private link where you can enter your new details. For your own personal security, we would never ask you to share sensitive data, such as card details, by email.
- If your card has expired, you can simply send us your updated expiry date via email.
