To troubleshoot the app, first thing to try is to reboot your device. If this should not work, try to log out and in again in the IDAGIO app. You can do so via the little cog wheel icon in the top right corner of your Collection.
If unsuccessful in solving this issue, you can try a fresh installation of our app. Delete it from your device first, then make sure all the latest operating system updates are installed in your device settings. Afterwards install IDAGIO again.
