You can cancel your IDAGIO subscription anytime. If you cancel during your free trial period, your card will not be charged.

If you have signed up to IDAGIO via idagio.com or the desktop app, you can cancel your account by visiting your Account Settings.

Important information for users with mobile devices:

iOS

If you activated your trial through your iOS device, your subscription is being managed by Apple and you will need to cancel your subscription within iTunes.

If you activated your trial through your Android device, your subscription is being managed by Google Play and you will need to cancel your subscription within the Google Play Store.
