You can cancel your IDAGIO subscription anytime. After you installed IDAGIO and created your account, you can test our service one day for free and the test period will expire automatically, so you do not have to cancel.
Once you provided your payment details, a 14 day test subscription starts. If you unsubscribe during the test subscription, your card will not be charged.

If you have signed up to IDAGIO via idagio.com or the desktop app, you can proceed with the termination of your subscription by visiting your Account Settings.

Important information for users with mobile devices:

iOS

If you activated your trial through your iOS device, your subscription is being managed by Apple and you will need to cancel your subscription within iTunes.

If you activated your trial through your Android device, your subscription is being managed by Google Play and you will need to cancel your subscription within the Google Play Store.
