If you have already purchased a ticket from the IDAGIO website:

  • Go to the Global Concert Hall page
  • Select the concert you are attending and enjoy. Please note that the 'Purchase ticket' button is missing from this event and 'Booked' is displayed on the event image, because you already have a ticket registered to your account.
  • Alternatively, search for the confirmation email from 'Concerts @ IDAGIO' in your registered email inbox and follow the provided link.
